Hi @robertcaretta,

There is no way to grab the “Total points” column from Microsoft Forms quiz in Microsoft Flow currently, if you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

@v-xida-msft - Thank you for letting me know. I was hoping that was not the case. Let me ask this as a somewhat related follow-up question. Is it possible to obtain the raw excel data somewhere programmatically? When I build a quiz I do not see the associated excel file in my OneDrive.  To make a comparison, when using Google Forms an associated spreadsheet is available in Google Drive.

I went ahead and opened a thread for the enhancement request.

Kris,

Has this been addressed by Microsoft?

We can not 'grade' a quiz in Flow and therefore can not send an email to user or manager with a Pass/Fail.

This functionality is requred for our Financial Audits.

I also replied on the Flow Ideas : Grabbing Specialized Fields from Microsoft Form Quizes

Thank you,

@jonathanogden- Just for your reference, I abondoned this initiative due to this missing feature. Couldn't wait. Hopefully you will not lose a lot of development time. I ended up using Google Forms and completely different process for automating the data. Not my ideal solution, I had considered a SharePoint lists but I needed something more rapid.

Hi @robertcaretta , I think that I found a provisional solution for get the score.

Sharepoint list colums

Question1: 'Linked to Microsoft Forms Question 1'
AnswerScore1: =IF([Question1]="Text of the correct answer";"1";"0")
Question2: 'Linked to Microsoft Forms Question 2'
AnswerScore2: =IF([Question2]="Text of the correct answer";"1";"0")
Question3: 'Linked to Microsoft Forms Question 3'
AnswerScore3: =IF([Question2]="Text of the correct answer";"1";"0")
Score: =[AnswerScore1]+[AnswerScore2]+[AnswerScore3]

This gets me the total score.

@SanchezCSG - Thanks for the idea! I had considered doing that. I weighed the time to write that vs rebuilding. I decided against that as I have a large quiz and work with a group of people that like to change their minds a lot. Thumbs up for this though on a small quiz!
