Recurring flow won't stop

I set up a recurring email notification from Dynamics 365. It was incorrect so I stopped it but the emails keep coming even although the flow is switched off?

How can i stop it?

Export a copy of the flow and delete the flow. That would stop the emails and then re-import the flow.

Is the delete action the thing that will stop it. I don’t need to import it again.


yes, once you delete the flow the emails will stop.

Do you see the flow running or just the emails that keep coming? How was the recurrence configured?


You could be getting all the emails that were sent while the flow was still on. You could delete it as @Dejinmi mentioned and wait to see if after some time you are still getting emails, or check the flow history to see that it's definitely not running.
