Save email to Sharepoint document library

I'm using the flow "Save my email attachments to a SharePoint document library", but I'm always getting the following error:

So the error is in office365 trigger itself.

If you use chrome, you can follow this steps to change languages.

Make sure that english is in the top most list.

Let me know how you go with english flow.

Thanks

Hi EnricoN,

Would you mind to send us, your flow ID and run ID ? (you can copy paste the url where you see this error).

And if possible do you mind to take screenshot how you configure your flow ?

We need to repro this to find the root cause.

Thanks

Thanks for your response.

Here there is the url:

The screenshots:

SharePoint.png

As you can see, the portal is in Italian, I don't know if the problem may be related to wrong DateTime conversion, different locales...

Thanks

cc @SameerCh who may know about this SPO connector issue.

Error message from SPO connector

"message": "Unknown error: {\"error\":{\"code\":\"RequestBroker-ParseUri\",\"message\":\"Syntax error at position 27 in 'DateTimeReceived gt 2016-09-21T14.12.54Z'.\"}}",
"source": "127.0.0.1"

Unfortunately I dont know about this issue.

@EnricoN I don't think date time is matter.

But is that possible to try to debug this in english ?

Do you mind to send me the run failure as well ?

you can check it from the Info Icon on that flow.

Do you mind to confirm whether your attachment is not empty as well ?

I tried to change the language of the Flow portal, but I am only able to do it in the home page, not in the other pages.

Do you know if there is a way to do that?

This is the failure run:

Part1.png

Part2.png

I confirm you that the attachment is not empty and I tried with different file types (word, excel, pdf, txt)

So the error is in office365 trigger itself.

It worked! Thanks!

I also changed the default language in IE11 and it worked too.

Do you know if there will be the possibility to fix the italian/foreign language issue?

Thanks

That's good at least this will unblock you at this moment.

Try to switch it back to Italian and use the same flow.

Check if your flow still running.

If it is not working than it is potentially a bug for different locale. I will file a bug for it.

Thanks

Thanks Enrico.

@SameerCh would you mind to look at if there are issue in connector with different locale on Office 365?

Thanks

@EnricoN Would you mind to screenshot the english version of flow for debugging ?

We try to understand where date is used in the flow ? (I guess it is from the attachment).

Thanks
