Send Email with Attachment when updating record on Dynamics

Hi,

 

I have started on a flow which will trigger once a certain record is updated on Dynamics, this will then grab an attachment from Sharepoint and drop it into an email and send to the user who modified the trigger action for approval to send to an external contact.

 

Aany help by appreciated.

Do you want to get attachment from SharePoint library or list?

 

Say you are trying to get the attachment from list, then you could try to configure the flow using the action Get attachments and Get attachment content.

 

If you want to send an approval email to the user who modified the trigger action, I am afraid that it cannot be achieved. The dynamic content Modified by returned as a GUID but not an email address. So the Assigned to have to be static.

 

I have made the following test, it works fine. Please take it for a reference.
