Hello,
I am going around in circles so before I continue to keep learning is it possible to do the following:
I have a Sharepoint list which has names, email address and comment about student career aspirations so:
1) I want to add an entry which has the above information in, then send an email to the students who's email address is in the form and the person who wrote it as a record of the conversation
2) I think this one is doubtful. Then students will have a second interview and so would like to do the same as above but when an entry has been updated.
b) However, can I use a form to fill in that calls up the previous entry in the list for it to be updated as I want to limit the access to the 'raw' list in sharepoint.
Thank you for any help.
Jon
Hi @JonStokes,
Do you want to send an email to the students with the related information when the record is created in a list?
Do you also want to send an email when an item is updated in a list?
What do you mean by the form? Is it a SharePoint form?
Have you tried to use the SharePoint trigger “When an item is created or modified”? Then a flow would be triggered when an item is created or modified.
Best regards,
Mabel Mao
