Send an email (v2) loop

Good Day Community

 

I have multiple flows that are misbehaving at the moment. 

The process starts of simple with a email that gets sent to a user when a item is created in a SharePoint list. 

 

All of a sudden when a item is created in the list the email gets sent 4 times to the user. 
Single line item = 4emails.

 

it happens with every trigger of the flow. 
Is there something going on with the Send an email item or is there somehow that I can troubleshoot this?

Can you post a screen shot of your Flow?

Hi @PuristII808 Is the "Send an email" action inside an "Apply to each"?

 

If not, you can review the Run History of the flow to see if there are 4 different runs for the same item.

I do not have an apply to each action.. 

Simply when a new item is created, send a email.. 

I can see in the mailbox there are 4 emails being sent.

Not this flow was working a couple of days ago, woth a single email being sent..

The send an email is a step om its own. (see attached screenshot)

as soon as an item is created, The requestor email gets the same email 4 times. In the mailbox sent items I can see the 4 emails. 

 

The rest of the flow still works as expected.
