I have created a simple workflow.
This was working fine till now, but now it is getting stuck with this message:
Also, number of requests are very low in my application, so I am not sure why Status; 429 is coming.

Looking through your screen shots everything appears to be fine and should be working. I am not quite certain why you are getting the 429 error. This might be a better question to bring to Microsoft Customer Support. If you would like to go down that route I'll include a link below; on how to create a ticket with them. In addition I would suggest you grab some traces of the issue to help speed up the troubleshooting process.

are you using the same connector as the one documented in this thread from january 2019? If so it seems the same issue, throttling limit reached....
