Hi
I am using the "send email" function within a flow (app: Office 365 Outlook). Is it possible to auto-label the email with an AIP label?
Thanks in adavance.
Hi @Anonymous,
you can use GRAPH API (premium action "Invoke an HTTP request") to do that.
You can refer these articles:
Automate event-based retention: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/automate-event-driven-retention?view=o365-...
REST API to apply a retention Label: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/sharepoint/rest-api-to-apply-a-retention-label/m-p/277778
Hope this helps.
@JisungHan Thank you for your feedback. The links you provided are related to retention labels. I was referring to Azure Information Protection (AIP) labels. These are used to apply a sensitivity setting to documents/emails.
Hi @VictorIvanidze Thanks for your feedback. I had a look into the action "Invoke an HTTP request". But I am not sure, how that should enable me to send an email with AIP labels. My use case is the following -> Based on action (this is the trigger) I want to send an email to an user and use Azure Information Protection (AIP label). So far I am using the the function send email(v2) from Office 365 Outlook. How would this Invoke an HTTP request work? I dont have a resource to send the request to.
Hi @Anonymous ,
have a look at my SetSensitivity flow - I believe you can use it as an example. Note there is used a custom connector instead of premium action "Invoke an HTTP request".
I'm in a need of the similar capabilities. Please, help us to raise an attention to this demand and vote (and add some comments) for this idea: Azure Information Protection Connector - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)
