I am new to Automate. I have a SP list called "HostSearch" which bring two other lists together. "Hosts" and "Group". I am making an email with options flow to send an invitation to each host using "HostSearch" as my List Name in the "Get list" action in the flow with a Accept or Decline option. In the body of the email I wish to reference fields from both child lists.
Is there a way to access those fields using a lookup in flows or will I need to go back to my SP list "HostSearch" and create lookup fields for the information I am wanting to get from the Host and Group lists?

If the data is only stored on the child lists, you for sure will need to query directly to those lists, but as you indicate it is better to modify the HostSearch list and include there the lookups, so when you use the Get List action, you will retrieve all the needed information since the beginning.
