Send email with options is not getting triggered

Hello all,

 

I have designed a flow like whenever SharePoint list item is created, email should be triggered to the concerned Line Manager of the person who created the item. I'm able to get User Profile and Manager, but next steps "Send email with options" is in running state. Can someone explain how to resolve this issue?

Its waiting for the person you sent the email to to select one of the options in the email.  When that option selection returns the flow will continue.  If no one clicks one of the options then the flow will stay that way until it times out after 30 days. That's the way its designed to work.

I'm having the same issue.. I have tested this with both external users(which is what I was originally using the control for) and users in the same organisation.

Neither of the accounts is receiving any email and the flow is just stuck on waiting for the control to send an email.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
