Sending Approval Status Emails

Hey guys ,

I’m having trouble sending sending emails to the form responder. 
Below is my Flow , where I collect responses from Microsoft forms and update the status in the excel. I want to send the form responders an email about the status of their request, but my flow stops after updating a row in excel. 
Please review the below flow.

Have you looked at a recent run?  What does the To: field in the email look like?  It should be a semicolon delimited list of email addresses.
