Set lookup field from text field

I want to write a flow (Dynamic CRM 365) when the record is created for our budget entity & there are 3 single-line text fields namely (Product, Product Type, Brand). This field's value should be populated in our lookup fields namely(Product, Product Type, Brand)  respectively.

As you can see in image given below.

Before text, field value assigns to lookup check condition of plant & product & Product type.

ex->  in below image you can see multiple records with same (name, product family, plant, product ) only difference is a product type

Refer to the below image for a better understanding.

Please provide screen shorts also for understanding.

Thanks & waiting for better response

You need to do individual calls to get the GUID of each Plant, Product , Product Type and Brand

1. You need to do List Rows on the Product Type with OData Filter

To get the GUID, you need a compose data operation with below expression

List_rows ..is the List rows action

accountid is the primarykeycolumns

first(outputs('List_rows')?['body/value'])['accountid']

Repeat for every table to get the GUID, for the brand you can still use OData Filter or Fetch XML and pass the Guids of the other fields Product,Product type , etc .

Thanks

Something to help you generate your ODATA filter is XRM Toolbox FetchXML Builder tool , where you can generate your fetch XML and from View Options use Power Automate

Do you mean the trigger of your flow?

The trigger should be when a new row is added and choose the budget table.
