Shifts Flow Trigger

Hello,

I am having trouble getting the team ID to work. I keep getting an error for Bad Request, with a message of "resource path must be in format teamId/resourcePathType." I do not understand what this means and I have tried many different variations of my team name with this standard and keep getting the same error. Ny team name does have a space, is there something special need to be doing because of that? I have also used the team ID code which did not work as well. Please help

Hi @smc30 ,

Could you share a screen shot of your flow?

How did you specify the Team ID? Were you able to select if from the dropdown list?

Please show more details on the error.

I will help reproduce this this issue.

Best regards,

Mabel

Its a simple flow. I normally have an email address in the slot, that is not the issue.

I have specified the Team ID in many variations. In its exact name in the group ID number putting teamId/ in front of those options and so on. The drop down menu says No Items and Enter Custom Value. So I have been entering custom values.

the Error I get is

{

  "error": {

      "code": "BadRequest",

      "message": "Resource path must be in format teamId/resoursePathType."

      "details": []

   }

}

Thanks @v-yamao-msft

Hi @smc30 ,

Please help collect flow/connection Id so that we could investigate further.

To get the Flow Id, please edit the flow then copy the URL of the flow.

To get the connection Id, please go to Connectors>Data, then the details page of StaffHub connector, copy Id of the connector.

I am looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,

Mabel

Hey @v-yamao-msft ,

The URL is https://us.flow.microsoft.com/manage/environments/Default-e7c6f609-f63a-4ec7-b71e-6734c4c9d231/flows...

I do not have a data section under connectors, but I do have a connections section under data. not sure if that is where I was supposed to go, but either way I could not find the connection ID

Thanks

@v-yamao-msft ,

I have figured out the issue. The Flow was for Staffhub, and there is no flows for Shifts yet. I thought they would be one and the same since Shifts is taking over for Staffhub, but that was an incorrect assumption. Thank you for your help looking into this.
