My approval flow failed after running successfully over 4 months. received and sent emails changed to XrmApiRequestFailed

No, it failed
I have three flows and only the two approval flows not working
1, the approval received box not showing list anymore (screenshot attached)
2, flow still create item in SharePoint list but when the pre-condition is running, it does not trigger emails

I just came across the exact same issue.
Playing around with creating an approval flow...
Worked fine until about 5 minutes ago.
Getting this error since - although I have not changed any part of the approval steps in my flow.
Does this issue still persist, despite that linked article saying it was fixed ??
