Hi @JenVitug,
Could you please share a full screenshot of the configuration of your flow with actions' details?
Could you please share more details about the error message?
Please take a try to delete the "Delete a row" action and re-add it or take a try to recreate a connection to "Delete a row" action to see if the issue still exists.
Please share more details so we would try to provide a proper workaround for you.
Best regards,
Alice

Has there any committed date to solve issue by MS Partner Support?

I have the same problem as @amitK
not sure how to work this through
cheers
Having same issue trying to setup a new flow with data from MS Forms being pushed to Excel. Someone please respond when/if MS Support resolves this!
Hi,
We are working with Microsoft Support on this very same issue 😉
Marc
I don't expect this will be helpful for everyone, but I was able to resolve this issue by simply starting over. I deleted the whole workflow and created from scratch and the problem did not present again. Apologies for not having a more coherent reason, but there it is.
I'm also experiencing this issue - would appreciate some support with a resolution.
Thanks
Hi @v-yuazh-msft ,
I am also facing this same issue of access forbidden when trying to access Excel dtored on SharedPoint Group.
Refer attached screenshot.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

I am having the same issue. Can someone please respond with a solution?
Hi,
Yes we have solved the issue ourselves, after involving MS Support 😉
(1) Microsoft does not provide a solution if your Excel does not open with "Excel on line". And no, our files do not open with "Excel on line". Stripped them using the tool, but the result behavior of the Excel was not ok for the end-users.
(2) Solved it by reading the Excel using the Graph API from within flow. This just works ...
Best regards,
Marc
