Time event in email notification

Hello,

I built a flow in order to send an email notification to my team everytime we modify a calendar.

I am having trouble with the time event information in the email notification.

For example : I have a meeting that starts at 3:00 pm and ends at 4:00 pm in my calendar, but the email notification indicates 2:00 pm as the starting time and 3:00 pm as the ending time. Also the flow does not change the format of the day and time of the event as it is supposed to do.

I tried to change that by adding the "Convert time zone" function in the flow but even if the flow works, there is no change in the email notification. I also tried to check or uncheck the the time zone checkbox in my Outlook event without any resultat.

Thank you in advance for your help !

Hi @MatthieuK-L ,

You can try to use the addHours() function to modify the time and set the time format in the third parameter of the function.
