To speed up my flow

This is my flow ......

After I click ,it will get my excel data then compare datetime  , if the data date is today , I will add row data to my string variable ,if not I will do nothing .

Now my excel data has 471 rows  ,run my flow ,it take more than 10 mins , I think in the  "not condiction"  because I do nothing let my flow speed so slow ,but when I add "terminate " it showed this error message .

Can anybody give me suggestion to speed up my flow , thank you very much !!!!

Hey @JACK_LAI

If you add the terminate action in the No branch, that means that the entire Flow will get terminated as soon as the first condition returns false.

Note that you cannot use the terminate action in an apply to each loop because the purpose is to terminate the entire flow and not that particular iteration.

Now you can actually use filter queries to filter data in the list rows/ get items etc. actions.

Hope this Helps!

So which way could I  speed up my flow ????

Hi @JACK_LAI ,

As @yashag2255  said, you could take a try with "Filter Array" action, and the screenshot of the flow should as below:

I have some tricks but is a little complex.

What you can first do is see this post:

https://veenstra.me.uk/2018/10/17/microsoft-flow-read-large-excel-files-within-seconds-without-creat...

This is the ultimate speed-up.

Also we have this other post:

I use your method , and setup the filter array  ( the date is today"2099/09/23") if the date is today , I will put it on variable string .

But after 14 mins , the process is still running .

Which wrong with my flow ??
