Tracking Planner Changes

Is there a way to make a flow when a task is added to Planner that will keep track of the changes?

Hi @luveevee618

Yes, we can get name or email of user task assigned to when a task is added  or completed.

I set up a flow and use When a new task is created trigger.

When a new task is added like this:

I will receive an email with assigned user's email.

If you want to get the assigned user information when the task is completed, just change Trigger to When a task is completed.

Hope the content above may help you.

Hi @luveevee618

Thanks for your posting.

Unfortunately,I am afraid that Flow has no way to meet your needs currently.

If you need this feature, you can submit a request on Flow Ideas Forum about this issue at here:

can we get it to show in a sharepoint list? I tried doing it but, only the ID of the person shows up, and I have to copy and paste it manually into a person column for it to show who the person is. Can it do it without me having to copy and paste it?
