Transfer ownership of/share UI flow

Hi everyone,

I've created an attended desktop UI flow on my machine, and I would like to transfer/give ownership of this flow to a coworker as I am not the end user. My coworker's machine is identical to mine.

My understanding is that, currently, UI flows can't be imported/exported. Does this mean I will need to recreate the flow on their machine or does anyone know of a workaround/script that could take care of this?

I appreciate everyone's help!

Re: Transfer ownership of/share UI flow

Hi birknerj,

If you want use other's  UI Flow, you should provide the gateway information and device credentials.

You'll have to do this once per device:

  • Gateway: Select the gateway that you created earlier or use New gateway to create a new gateway.

  • Domain and Username: Displays the work or school account from the device.

     Important

Make sure you can login to the device using these credentials.

  • Password: Provide your work or school account’s password.
