Trigger a table before send the table with mail

Hi all,

Is it possible to update a table in a file on sharepoint before flow starts to look into the table and send it?

I have this flow but the data is outdated when it is sent.

You mean the content sent by email is the old one, not the updated in the same flow?

Have you tried to include a Delay action block as a possible workaround, just after updating the table and before sending the file?
