Unable to import Microsoft flow - Encountered internal server error from Azure Resource Manager

Hi All,

 

I tried to export-import a Microsoft flow. However while importing the SharePoint based flow, I received below error "Encountered internal server error from Azure Resource Manager. The tracking Id is  ................................................"

 

May i know what is causing this error ? Any technical inputs would be helpful. Thanks.

Hi @Kumar902402 ,

 

Please check the message released by MS Support. The "import Flows" function in some areas has not been used normally.

At present, this problem has been solved. Please try to log out of the account and log in again to check if this function can be used normally.

If it doesn't work, please feel free let us know.

I am still unable to import/Save As flow. I get same error  Encountered internal server error from Azure Resource Manager. The tracking Id is

Hi @Kumar902402 ,

 

What is your current situation? According to the feedback from Support, the issue that unable to import Flows has been resolved in all regions as of 2019-09-04 06:50 UTC.

We can't also reproduce similar issues here.

Please try clearing your browser cache, then log out and log back in to see if a similar issue still exists.

 

If the problem persists, please consider contacting support for more assistance.
