Unable to process template language expressions in action - Error

One of my flows started kicking out the error below this week and I have no idea why:

Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Add_a_row_into_a_table' inputs at line '1' and column '3257': 'The provided parameters for template language function 'trim' are not valid.'.

It is erroring out on converting a text block into an Excel document. I'm using trim to help chunk out the text block and move each piece into a different column in the Excel.

Example of the first trim statement: 

trim(first(skip(split(first(split(body('Html_to_text'),'Submitter')),'Survey Link:'),1)))

Applicable text block it's trying to parse:

This was working up until this week, and it just stopped working. I've exported/imported into a new flow, I deleted trim statements 1 by 1, even deleted all of them and just left the convert function and got the same error (just reference the convert function).

I've tried to export/import the flow, remove all the actions and add them back, and nothing seems to change. The column number does change slightly with each entry (+/- 30), but always throws the same error. If I remove all the trim functions and try a different one, I get the same error, just referencing that other function.

Absolutely no idea what is going wrong, but any help would be appreciated!

Hello, @user53!

If it was working before, then I doubt is the trim expression (it could be, there's no harm on double checking). Also, not sure, but you could try adding a ":" when splitting the submitter.

As a last resource, I would recommend you creating your flow from scratch to avoid connector issues, I've seen a lot of people fix this issue by re-importing the flow (which you already have tried) or just creating it again. Do let me know if this solved your issue!

I tried adding a : and it didn't seem to make a difference.

I'm a little hesitant to re-create the whole flow (it's... quite large), but can if that's the only other option. Sometimes I do see this error instead of the one listen above:

Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Add_a_row_to_the_Notifications_list' inputs at line '1' and column '3087': 'In the template language function 'convertTimeZone', the value provided for the time zone id 'Eastern Standard Time' was not valid. '.

But again, nothing has changed so I have no idea why it's suddenly not accepting the Time Zone ID
