Updated an Event Series causes exceeded the limit for concurrency error

I am testing a very simple flow that monitors events added, updated and deleted with a Compose just to view the data.

 

The trigger fails with "the number of items to split exceeded the limit for concurrency control enabled trigger".

 

It fails when I add/update an event series i.e. daily meeting over 100 occurrences.

 

I have been trying to understand rate limits with little success.
