Using Flow / Power Automate to aggregate and rollup multiple Planner plans

You could use the List tasks action to get all tasks of Planner, it seems like you have more requirements, if it is not you want, could you please share more information about it?Annotation 2020-04-08 161843.png

Currently the planner connector in Flow does not support creating a planner plan. You can use the Graph API to do so: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/planner-post-plans?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http

 

You can either create a custom connector or use the HTTP action to use the above API service.
