Using Flow to send e-mail, have e-mail change choice column

I am currently using a flow that submits an email with a link to an item when it is uploaded to a list. I am wondering if there's a way to include our approval choices in the e-mail and be able to change the approval status from the e-mail itself or if it has to be done manually.

Hi @LPlummer,

Do you want to send an email when an item is created in a list?

Do you want to have approve/reject choice in the email body? And when the approver submitted a response, update the approve/reject choice to the list?

If yes, please try to use the trigger When an item is created, then the action Start an approval email. In the email details, include the link to the item. Then the action update item to update the approval choice to the list.
