I am currently working on a flow that allows a user to change the column choice from an email. I have a column called "Approval Status" that has 5 choices: Approved, not allowed, unknown, submit for re-approval, and does not need approval.
My logic is:
1. Send an email to the user that includes the document, ask the user what their choice is
2. Populate "Approval Status" with the user's choice
Is this possible to do with flow? Thanks.

Hi @lidewijfry97 ,
Have you created a similar Flow so that we can provide appropriate rectification suggestions?
Does the choice field you mentioned support multiple selections?
You can consider using Send an email with options action to send the request, and then the user can click the button to choose.
Then update the choice column according to the user's choice.
Best Regards,
I have not created a similar flow. The choice field does not allow for multiple selections. We tried using send email with options, but we are not sure how to go from the user response to updating a column. We are stuck on the step of after the "send email with options". Where does the user's choice get stored? Thanks!
