Version stamp associated with the client has expired. Please perform a full sync.

Hi community,

I am unable to run a Microsoft flow because of the below error:

Error - Bad RequestError - Bad Request

(Version stamp associated with the client has expired. Please perform a full sync.)

How do I perform a full sync for a Dynamics 365 connection?

Regards,

Barry Francis

Re: Version stamp associated with the client has expired. Please perform a full sync.

Hi Mabel,

I was able to work around this issue by saving the flow as a copy and using the copy instead of the original.

Thank you for your reply.

Re: Version stamp associated with the client has expired. Please perform a full sync.

Hi @Barry_Francis ,

I have searched online and I found the following blog on how to retrieve incremental changes from CRM in your ETL process would be helpful:

http://www.kingswaysoft.com/blog/2017/04/04/How-to-Retrieve-Incremental-Changes-from-CRM-in-your-ETL...

Please follow the instruction in the above blog to update the token in Dynamics 365.

By the way, the following doc on retrieve and detect changes to metadata would be helpful:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/dynamicscrm-2016/developers-guide/jj863599(v=crm....

Best regards,

Mabel
