Hi Folks, I am trying to use a trigger 'When an Email arrives(V3)'. It is not being identified as a trigger. But if I try to use another email in To, then it identifies and runs successfully, i.e. it is running for only one email address. It is also enabled for attachments.

please check your connection used with the trigger.
Assuming that the correct account is being used, try to delete add again the trigger.

Thanks for the response, I tried deleting the trigger, then added again. verified the connection also. but still not triggering.
Note that To and From are different users and not the one using which trigger connection's been setup.

Could you please explain what are you trying to achieve using such settings?
I believe this trigger will handle only emails delivered to the trigger connection account mailbox.

I am trying to achieve the very purpose of 'When an Email arrives (V3)' trigger. It serves no purpose If it gets trigger only when delivered to the triggered connection account mailbox.
Hence, should trigger for other mails too.
Please let me know how.
I don't understand your comment. As far as I know this trigger can work only with a single mailbox, correct?
And this mailbox is defined by account you are using in connection.
