Hi all,
I am aware this has been discussed before (on this thread) but I was wondering whether there is a work around for it. I work in a large company and have created a complex flow which passes information from MS Forms into a master list and 10 different 'child' lists. When an item in the master list gets modified, these changes are also passed onto the child lists using flow.
However, I am not able to delete items from the child lists using the delete item trigger in flow, which seems strange because I have permissions to delete the items directly in SharePoint. I get the same error (
Thanks,
Freddie
@Anonymous do you have any lookup type of column that links the parent/child list?
@Anonymous One more solution you can do is create a service account, make that service account site collection admin and use that account in the connection of the trigger.
Hi Anna,
Thanks for replying. I don't have any lookup columns in my sharepoint lists, no. We have looked to see if a service account would be possible but it isn't an option currently.
Thanks,
Freddie
