Word Online - cannot evaluate the parameter query.$.source at design time; it is empty or has a runtime expression

Just setting up my first flow and can see my SharePoint 2019 list successfully through my gateway connector.  My Library holds the DOCX with my corresponding tags defined.  I'm unable to connect to my library or at least it appears I cannot see my Word template.

Note: I have specified the library name only and full URL to the SP Library with the same error.  I have confirmed from my Powerapp that I can successfully connect to my library.

Any thoughts would be very much appreciated as to why i'm encountering this error.

The "Populate a Microsoft Word template" action would require a specific location or choose from the drop down, enter a dyanmic content in the Location field is not supported since the flow couldn't analysis the location and files in the location.
