@Anonymous:

The email shows as coming from you because your account is being used with the send email action.  The only way to have the email come from the person who updated the list item would be for everyone to have a Flow that uses their own account for the send email action - obviously not practical.

As an alternative, consider sending the email from a shared mailbox using the "Send an email from a shared mailbox" action.  At least it won't show as being form you.

Further to what @ScottShearer has said, if you select the "Send an email notification" (it's a green envelope) the email will be sent from "Microsoft PowerApps and Flow" and not from your account.

@RobElliott:

You are correct about the "From" address when using Send an Email notification.  However, the email can only be sent to the individual whose account was used to log into Flow.  In other words, the emails will come only to you.

@ScottShearer hmm I'm not sure about that, the emails go to my users quite happily, but I will test/check again.

@RobElliott:

My error - you did say "the green envelope".  I assumed you meant the standard notification - the red bell.
