approval flow error

Hi,

In the approval flow, is there any precondition of a users who is assigned as an approver?

In my case, I got the error message:

Aa.jpgThe approver "andrew..." is a normal office365User and doesn't have Dynamics 365 license. When I changed the approver to another user who has Dynamics 365 licnese, then the flow works. Should the appover in the flow have the Dynamics 365 license? I guess not, but what the problem is?

Thanks.

Br, Julian

Re: approval flow error

Hi @julianzhuang,

The rror message told that the email address that you provided in disabled.

The approver of an approval should be a user in the creator's organization, please take a try assign the request to an user in the same organization with you.

Best regards,

Alice
