converting multiple choices in a Form to a human-readable list in an automated Email

I’m trying to automate a request form to onboard new employees and freelancers.

Basically, it contains the new hires contact info, the type of clearance, start date and a multple choice list of about a dozen possible needs (Software, subscriptions, etc.) and an "other" option too

I’ve set up my flow so that when the requester submits the form, it sends an email with the main info to our IT's ticketing system and the head of department is CC'd, The body of the mail gathers all the relevant info using dynamic content. So far it works and most of it is human legible except the multiple choice checkboxes

so let's say my options at the line where the requester checks specific apps in the Form is something like this :  (what's in bold is what the person selected)

Licenses requested :

"option A",

"option B",

"option C",

"option D",

"other"

in the email it reads out as something like ["option A\n","option B\n"] which isn't super legible.

Is it possible to convert this to a string ressembling either : 1 - human readable bullet points of what was selected or 2 - a simple yes/no ?

example 1 :

Licences requested :

  • Option A
  • Option B
  • other :

example 2 ::

Licences requested :

option A YES

option B YES

option C NO

option D NO

Ok that works great,

but if I have a few multiple choices in my form, do I have to duplicate this process or can I do that same compose+join?

Hi @vpetit

Sorry for the late reply.

If you have multiple choice questions, you need to repeat the Compose+Join steps.

Best Regards.
