failed flow indicator in Power Automate (MS-Flow) gone?

There used to be a little indicator at the Power Automate (MS-Flow) page with the failed flows at the top of the startup page after login. It seems to have disappeared. Where did it go? I miss it dearly. Is there another way to quickly see which flows have failed?

Love to hear from you.

P.S. Yes, I know, I am not a digital artist, see picture below  😉
