flow times out

Hi All

I have flow that gets data from few SP lists and converts it to a string. Total lists count is about 500 rows.

For ech of those rows I am checking one column if its null  and also replacing ' with \' (as I am creating Javascript array of objects)

First time I ran it took more than 10 min and just timed out. I am running it again and its alrady taking 16 min.

Is it usual for flow to take that long (its just 500 rows)?

Why it does not finish but times out?

Thanks

Hi @RomanKorchak ,

Could you share more details on your flow?

I guess that you want to get items from the list, then find out one column if it is null, and replace the column with “\”.

Flow is now able to get 100,000 items if you are using Plan1 and Plan2 license:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/limits-and-config

I have set up a simple flow likes below for your reference. The function used in the condition is:

empty(items('Apply_to_each')?['Closed'])

is equal to

True

Hi @RomanKorchak

Are you able to post screenshots of your entire Flow and what your desired output should be? There may be ways that the overall process can be made more efficient to avoid the lengthy run times.
