include button on a page to manually trigger a flow

Is it possible to create a button on a page that will trigger an instant flow?

You can trigger a flow from a button in a Power App if its using a Power Apps trigger or you can trigger a flow using a When an Http request is received trigger from an ASP.NET button on a web page.
