ms flow

In ms flow how we can create such flow when email arrives and email have a  .csv attachment in it by using that attachment we create lead 

how we can create this type of flow

Hi @ishant281,

 

If you want to get the CSV file content, you should store these file into SharePoint or OneDrive first, then use get file content action to get the CSV file content.Annotation 2020-06-05 164343.jpg

 

Are these CSV files format fixed? If they are, you could refer to this post to learn how to parse these CSV tables.

If not, you can consider using connectors that can be used a limited number of times:

It could convert CSV into JSON directly, but it needs it only free for first 50 times.

Hi @ishant28,

 

You could set the Include attachments field to Yes. Then the trigger will be triggered only when the Email contains attachments.

Then create a condition action to determine the attachment name whether ends with ".CSV" or ".csv", if it is, do next steps, or do nothing.

@v-litu-msft  sir i have already applied that portion i want to know after that how to read attachment file data and with  that attachment we create a lead

@v-litu-msft  thank you for replying i have use one drive and  i have done file content path thanks for telling but i still not got how to do parsing and convert that file into  in dynamic  and create a lead .sir please help i am stuck

 

and my attach file is .csv file and i am extracting from one drive and convert into lead for creating new record
