new to flow

I have a questionnaire and based on a field, like for example based on the department entered i want to send the report to the head of that department at the end of the day. 

so for example. i enter my name and department and other information on forms, based on the department entered, at the end of the day, the report should be sent to the head of that department.

 

I am new to flow.

Hello Lemu, And Welcome to Power Automate.

You can simply use the condition action in Power Automate to do so. Based on where you are entering this information

 

You can define multiple conditions in parallel branches

 

So this is how it should look like. I am just using text in the conditions but in your case it will be the actual variables from your source where you are entering this information
