I have created a Flow that is connected to a Sharepoint online list. The Flow is supposed to start on creation of a new object in the list.
I sometimes get messages that my Flow has failed. If I then check the list that is connected with the Flow, no new objects are created (so the Flow should not run). If I check the status of the FLow, it says "succeeded" in all instances.
Does anyone know why these error messages appear, wnen all seem to work?
Hi @MrtnM,
Could you please share a screenshot of your flow’s configuration?
I have made a test on my side and don’t have the issue that you mentioned.
Please check if the status of all run history of the flow are succeeded.
Besides, you could also click notification icon at the top of the web portal, and then click your flow in the list that appears to identify why it failed:
Also please check if the failed message you have received is pointed to the flow that you created.
Best regards,
Kris
Hi,
thanks for the reply.
I got the e-mail today again. The link in the e-mail to the failed flow is pointing to the only flow I've created.
This is the run history (if I click all history, I just get these 5 instances, despite that I know it has run many times for half a year)
This is an example of a succeeded run:
There are no warnings on the little bell:
And this is the configuration of the flow:
I've found one error in an objectin the list that the flow points to: one object, created in April this year, is missing information in a mandatory column. Could this cause an issue in the Flow, although this object already has been handled once by the Flow (this I know from the column that is updated in the last step of the flow). I will correct this object, and see if the error e-mails stop.
