"When a New Email Arrives" Trigger Not Activating

I've had a Flow that's been working flawlessly for months. When a new email arrives to a mailbox with "{NEW HIRE TRIGGER MESSAGE}" in the subject, it performs some actions and then deletes the email. The last attempted & successful run was 3 weeks ago. Last night, the email arrived into the inbox and just sat there. I tried re-sending the email to the mailbox this morning under Test conditions, with the same result. Nothing has changed with the Flow. Permissions to the mailbox show all green.

 

Is there something I should be checking? I need to have this up and running soon.

Thanks, folks. I re-did the trigger as the newest When a New Email Arrives (v3) for O365 and it's going through now. Not sure what happened.

Hi @trayburn 

 

Which email trigger is this? There are couple of connectors available in Power Automate. Try to reconnect the email connector again. Make sure the connector password not changed recently. If problem persists then contact Microsoft support for more help  in this.

Also try to create another flow with same trigger and see that works or not.
