scheduled flow email ran repeatedly

I have a scheduled flow which runs every month. It gets items from a SharePoint list, filters them and sends an email (Outlook v2) within an apply to each.

Usually it runs every month without any issues, but this month the email kept sending. The recipients received hundreds of emails and the mailbox used to send them also reached its limit.

In the flow history it only triggered once and successfully. Can anyone think of any reasons why this occurred? It's obviously something I would not want to happen again.

Hi @fonssp :

I suggest you check the trigger of this flow. In addition, I suggest you consider deleting this trigger and then adding a new scheduled trigger.

Thanks @v-bofeng-msft I've got a case open with Microsoft and it's being investigated. I have other scheduled flows so would like to know what happened to avoid it reoccurring.
