send push fail due to URI link character limit

Problem arises using the default template 'Create a quick note for important Emails'.

The first step to create the quicknote appears to work, but it then fails at the push notification for the following reason:

"The notification link URI of length '249' exceeds the character limit of '200'."

Our company policy for user names and also the company name itself are quite long, thus the character length for the sharepoint address is quite long:  the character count is at 148 just to point to the onenote location in sharepoint. 

Then the automated information added to the end comes to a further 101 characters.

I don't know where the URI limit of 200 comes from, or if I can alter this, but it seems a bit arbitrary.

I am afraid that it might be default currently that there is a limitation on the URL length.

If you need more, you could submit a request at Flow Ideas Forum to expand the URL length with more characters:
