Hi team,

Do I have to be signed in to O365 for my flow to run or will it always run in the background? Reason I ask, I've set up a flow to take any new email in a shared mailbox and create an item in SharePoint for my team to then work the item. I kind of need it not to rely on me being signed in to work.

Thanks,
Mel

Your Flows will run as designed regardless of whether you are logged in.  Some rules that you define in the Outlook client require that Outlook be running in order for them to fire - Flow does not work that way.

Re: undefined

Hi @Anonymous,

Please don't worry, the flow wouldn't rely on your being signed in to work.

The flow would run even if you don't log in.

Best regards,
