Drop Down Values Missing In Flow

I have a dropdown list and I have populated the items inside as per the screen shot.

When I run my flow I have looked the the variable logged and its blank

I orginally thought the issue was in flow, but its not passing through the items I have stored in the dropdown

This value is based on a swtich in the flow.

Re: Drop Down Values Missing In Flow

Hi @daniellemaree,

Do you want to pass the selected option within the Dropdown control from your app to a flow?

I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. The screenshot as below:

Flow's configuration:13.JPG

Within the "Initialize vairiable" action, Value field set to Ask in PowerApps dynamic content.

App's configuration:14.JPG

Set the OnSelect property of the "Submit" button to following formula:

Note: The '20180918_case10' represents the name of my flow.

On your side, it may be:

The flow works success fully as below:16.JPG

Please check if you have provided a proper parameter for the COPGroups variable within above '20180918_case10'.Run() function (On your side, it is 'YourFlowName'.Run() function ).

Please take a try to re-create your app, and then add the flow connection within the app, check if the issue is solved.

More details about triggering a flow from an app, please check the following article:
