PowerApps custom visual - the server isn't responding

Hi! I am having trouble with embedding a new PowerApps in Power BI. I did it before but I cannot access existing Apps. instead it shows "the server isn't responding". screenshot is as attached. Thanks!

It seems the issue was fixed last night by an MSFT hotfix. At least on my end, the custom visual is back to normal.

I'm having the same issue. It seems like Microsoft made several damages inside of Office 365 suite this week. Apparently, this is one of them. I guess we have to wait for a solution.

We have been seeing this too since middle of last week. We initially suspected an issue on our web proxy as this seemed to work better from outside our network... but based on symptoms to date and the fact that you all are reporting this too, this looks to me like a problem on the Microsoft backend.

 

Behind the scenes, here's what we see with Chrome's dev tools: a call to api.powerapps.com/api/invoke is returning a 403 error, with the following error message (in french, sorry).

"L'utilisateur avec l'ID objet « 4cf6c67f-60b7-466e-9a53-e20fcbe55656 » et les étendues « play_powerapps » n'est pas autorisé à appeler l'itinéraire « GET/PROVIDERS/MICROSOFT.POWERAPPS/APPS »."

 

Translation: the user with object ID "4cf6c67f-60b7-466e-9a53-e20fcbe55656" and scopes "play_powerapps" is not allowed to call path "GET/PROVIDERS/MICROSOFT.POWERAPPS/APPS".

 

This was working previously, and I am not aware of any changes on our end.

 

Please fix this quicky PowerApps/PowerBI teams.

I can't believe that we are the only five people in the world using the PowerApps visual in Power BI.

Is everyone else not experiencing this problem?

This is a real problem for me. Development has stopped for the time being as I cannot access my (Power) apps in Power BI.
