Probably Simple ! Multi Select Function & Visibility

Hi All,

I'm a little stuck ! Trying to do visibility of just a label and datacards dependent on whether a multiselect choice column contains a specific term.

For example:

The multi select box contains:

A

B

C

D

I want RED STAR to show if A is selected which I understand the formula for. (If(Datacardvalue*.Selected.Value="A",true,false) But as soon as A is not the last chosen term RED STAR, dissappears even when still selected. But because it now contains A,B&D it doesn't recognise it.

Hope this makes sense.

I'm sure it's really simple and i'm missing something stupid!

Thank you Smiley Happy

Re: Probably Simple ! Multi Select Function & Visibility

Hi @LauraEmberson,

I agree with @CarlosFigueira's thought almost, I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:

Set the Visible property of the "Read Star" to following formula:

If("A" in DataCardValue*.SelectedItems.Value,true,false)

Best regards,

Kris

Re: Probably Simple ! Multi Select Function & Visibility

For multi-select combo boxes, you can use the 'SelectedItems' property that returns all selections, and the in operator to check whether your value is among them. In your case, your expression would likely be the following:

"A" in DatacardValueX.SelectedItems.Value
