PowerApps has huge potential but if connectors are rooted in Flows, and Flows requires Premium, this will demolish PowerApps adoption in the largest enterprise companies that have IT departments who must vet costly options. Vetting any software in large companies means it goes into an extremely long queue and by the time it gets to them, it is a trend that has come and gone. I'm still waiting for my company to move on from Windows 7, which will take at least another year before they even consider vetting Windows 10, then who knows how long before it is adopted.
It has been a struggle to move us away from so many disjointed solutions because those solutions are relatively cheap, tested, and reliable. No one wants change: especially when it comes as a price hike to what we're already paying.
