Hi there,

When we are building a solution whatever we want, accessibility is a key part of the process. You need to include people in your app, flow, bot, or anything that you are developing.
Power Virtual Agents is a great tool that we can build intelligent chatbots, but the accessibility is not available for people that have visual impairments. I customized the bot to have an accessible bot.

Thank you Renato! Does this mean that the default Virtual agents cannot be read with a screen reader such as JAWS?  Thank you for creating this solution! Can this be leveraged for me to create my own Virtual Agent through PowerApps?
