In the fourth day of the 25 days of flows, we will discuss how to automate a welcome email for new members as they join Microsoft Teams groups (or are added to them). This leverages the Office 365 Groups Connector to poll for new members, and the Azure AD (Active Directory) connector to get the email address, and other profile information, of the person added (or removed).
Tip: please remember to test your email formats on both browser, desktop, and mobile email devices - just to be sure it works on all of them. The flow I'm sharing with you has been tested in Chrome, Edge, Outlook Desktop and on the mobile Outlook app.
Our trigger condition was: @equals(triggerBody()?['@removed']?['reason'], null)
