This fun video shows how easy it is to create checkboxes from any tabular data, but also how to create actions that will push the selected checkboxes into a single line of text separated by semi-colons.
In this video I used the following functions:
OnCheck Property:
Add checked item to the string (separate with semi-colons):
Set(DeliminatedList, DeliminatedList & ";" & ThisItem.Title)
OnUncheck Property:
If(Find(DeliminatedList,ThisItem.Title)=0,
Set(DeliminatedList, DeliminatedList & ";" & ThisItem.Title),
Set(DeliminatedList,Substitute(DeliminatedList,";" & ThisItem.Title,"")))
Check the current items from the string: (in the checkbox "Default" Property)
If(ThisItem.Title in SharePointIntegration.Selected.Title,true,false)
Enjoy!
